2. Aspects regarding the actions for correcting land register entries and the judicial practice in the matter of solving disputes concerning them, in the context of the new civil Code

Summary/Abstract: The new civil Code, establishing the monistic conception by unifying the provisions of civil law and the provisions of commercial law, brings significant changes to the matter of land register actions as well, which also include the action for correcting land register entries. In the context of the regulatory framework established by the new civil Code, which expressly repealed the provisions established in the matter of land register correction by Law no. 7/1996 on cadastre and land registration, thus becoming common law in the matter of actions for correcting land register entries, this study intends to make an analysis of certain aspects regulated by the new civil Code in the matter of land register actions covering land register correction, as well as an analysis of the judicial practice in this field.
