Summary/Abstract: The defendant F.I.D. was acquitted for committing the crime of driving an auto vehicule while not having the right to drive auto vehicules in Romania. The Court stated that, in reality, this thesis targets the person that actually has the right to drive auto vehicules, but not in Romania. Also, the Court disavowed the existence of the hypothesis of driving while having his permit annulled, since the disposition of annulment was not communicated to the defendant.
