Summary/Abstract: The defendant A.I. profited from the effects of the adjournment in contemplation of dismissal, even though one of the sine qua non conditions concerning the application of this institution, namely his consesus in regard to performing unpaid community service, was not, in fact, verified. The court pointed out that as long as the defendant did not expressly disagree with performing such a task, the above-mentioned condition is, in effect, confirmed.
