His education at the Republican School of Fine Arts in Chișinău and the Kharkiv Academy of Art and Design followed by obtaining a doctorate in pedagogy (1990), provided him with a solid foundation to develop a unique vision of art. His artistic debut in 1967, followed by numerous personal and group exhibitions, as well as the realization of significant artistic works, consolidated his status as a renowned artist. In parallel with his artistic activity, Daghi significantly contributed to the development of the methodology of teaching fine arts, publishing numerous theoretical works and participating in various scientific events.
