Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to analyze the process of shaping the educational offer by universities of apllied sciences in Poland, with particular emphasis on the reasons behind the decisions being made. The study attempts to identify the main factors determining the directions of development of the educational offer and to assess their impact on the operational profile of UAS's. The scope of the article includes an analysis of secondary data and interviews conducted with representatives of selected universities.
