Public procurement and economic freedom

Summary/Abstract: The goal of this article is to indicate relations between economic freedom and the public procurements law. These relations are crucial for functioning of the system of public procurement. They are especially important for procuring entities which are obliged to use public procurement act. This issue is very complicated and the author focuses on the analysis of problems which, in his opinion, are the most important. He puts emphasis on the rules of public procurement which influence the whole regulation.
