Communication Problems and Challenges in Multicultural Groups in the Opinions of Parents and Teachers: A Case Study of Municipal Kindergarten No. 30 in Gorzow Wielkopolski (research report)

Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to analyzing communication problems and challenges in multicultural groups in one of the kindergartens in Gorzow. It presents the results of a pilot study on the language and communication skills of children and the level of teachers’ preparedness to work in multicultural kindergarten groups. Particular attention is given to the opinions of parents and teachers regarding communication issues in multilingual groups and the need for support in developing these skills among children. In addition to a cognitive analysis of the topic, general conclusions useful for planning practical solutionshave been drawn.
