Summary/Abstract: Our thesis is that in the years of the Second World War there is no Holo-caust against the Gypsies/Roma in Bulgaria. There is no exclusion of Gypsies/Roma from the general legislation, seizure of property, expulsion from regional or national territories, internment, deportation, physical destruction, forced labor camps. As part of Bulgarian society, they are not ignored by the general socio-economic processes, although there are individual violations of some of their rights. They are also in the institutions responsible for the internal and external security of the country.
