Summary/Abstract: Based on materials from the Bulgarian emigrant newspaper “Naroden Glas” in the United States and the literature, the author shows the patriotic sentiments of the local Bulgarians. We believe that the breakthrough of “Dobro pole” was used by the Prime Minister, Alexandar Malinov, to demand a truce from the Entente.
