THE YEAR OF 1914 – NOBODY WANTS PEACE AT ANY COST

Summary/Abstract: The following article is an attempt to interpret issues related to the research topics of Prof. DSc. Mishev, whose 75th anniversary this volume is dedicated to. The choice of the topic is dictated by the troubled times in which we live and the need of reminding the history lessons. The purpose of the study is to give an answer of the question why the July crisis of 1914 escalated into a European war.
