14. Claims. Right of claim resulting from the law. The jurisdiction of the administrative court

Summary/Abstract: Establishing the legal nature of a dispute considers the legal rules applicable to the relationships between the parties, according to the source of the right of claim pending before the court. Thus, in case of a dispute concerning a transaction that refers to any relations arising from a regime of public power, in which the right of claim pending before the Court does not result from a contract, but from the law, the jurisdiction for the settlement of that dispute shall belong to the administrative court.
