Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a search for manuscripts reflecting the history of a monument of Ruthenian translated literature of the 17th–18th centuries — a collection of religious exempla, which in the Polish original is called Wielkie Zwierciadło przykładów. The main emphasis is placed on the analysis of literature on the topic rather than on reviewing manuscripts in libraries. The final list includes 12 surviving and two lost manuscripts, which contain from one to 275 exempla.
