Summary/Abstract: The article analysed generational differences in the labour market in the TSL sector (transport, shipping, logistics). Based on a survey conducted in 2025 among representatives of four generations (Baby Boomers, Generations X, Y, Z), the author identified differences in attitudes towards work, careers and life values. By confronting empirical findings with myths, the author not only debunked stereotypes, but also assessed the extent to which these differences shape the management of generational diversity. The theoretical analysis (a critical review of the relevant literature) and empirical research showed that logistics brings together not only of different specialisations but also of generations. Generational diversity in TSL creates a synergy of skills and knowledge that enhances to increased efficiency, creativity and innovation. At the same time, it carries the risk of conflicts arising from differing approaches to communication, professional responsibilities, financial matters or promotion opportunities.
