The case of the black goat

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the rise of drug crime, its latentness, and the penetration of drugs into remote corners of our country, small unobtrusive villages on the edge of districts and counties. The case in question then shows how people, who are on the margins of society and have no purpose in life, have developed and become entrenched a strong appetite get richer and come into easy money from the production and sale of drugs, regardless of the other consequences of their own and their surroundings.
