Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article is an attempt to formulate anti-discrimination recommendations in theworkplace. The proposed recommendations concern several selected areas considered to beparticularly sensitive, in particular:– use of language in documents functioning in the employer's organization, which takesinto account the needs of non-binary people,– respecting religious beliefs in the workplace.All of these issues are related to potential discrimination against employees.
