Summary/Abstract: The teaching profession is one of the most challenging professions, especially considering contemporary developments in science and society. Like any other profession, teaching must adapt to various social changes and needs; however, it is also obligatory to uphold the best interests of the child. Consequently, high expectations are placed on teachers by the entire community, which can lead to feelings of incompetence and affect their work productivity. An additional burden for teachers may be the constant reevaluation of their career choice, often triggered by excessive pressure associated with the teaching role. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine teachers’ willingness to choose the same profession again based on their attitudes and to identify and analyze the factors influencing the formation of these attitudes.
