Summary/Abstract: The presence of women in all professional spheres is increasingly evident, ranging from economic to political domains, placing the challenge of balancing professional and private life before them. Professional obligations, in addition to daily tasks, also require continuous focus, responsibility, adaptability, and other competencies that cannot be physically separated, but rather permeate both professional and private life. Despite all efforts, it is difficult to draw a clear line between work and personal life, as even though work may end within a specific time frame, thoughts about duties and tasks continue throughout the day. Women have always been considered the key support of the family, and even when professionally oriented and emancipated, they still face numerous family responsibilities in their private lives, where their presence and dedication are essential for family cohesion and harmony. In light of this, the aim of this research is to examine how women establish balance between their professional and private lives.
