CONFERENCES – National Conference on Commercial Law, 5th edition

Summary/Abstract: The Stanciu D. Cărpenaru National Conference on Commercial Law, held on 13 November 2025 and now in its fifth edition, has already become a tradition among legal scientific events. The conference continues the promotion of commercial law scholarship, a project initiated by Professor Stanciu D. Cărpenaru and carried forward by his disciples, joined each year by an increasing number of young people interested in this important field of law. In keeping with tradition, the conference was hosted by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest, the institution where Professor Cărpenaru carried out most of his career, including serving as Dean of the Faculty.
