Summary/Abstract: After an extended pause (the last editions took place in 2019, in Bucharest and Cluj), caused mainly by the pandemic that began in 2020, the National Conference on Administrative Litigation has resumed its activity. The seventh edition was held on 30 October 2025, organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and the “Universul Juridic” Publishing Group at the Palace of the Faculty of Law – the “Constantin Stoicescu” Hall, under the scientific coordination of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Alexandru‑Sorin CIOBANU and with the support of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ionuț‑Bogdan DIMA.
