Summary/Abstract: Climate change is a global crisis that transcends environmental boundaries, with profound consequences for human rights. Extreme weather phenomena, sea level rise, desertification and loss of biodiversity not only affect ecosystems, but also the social, economic and political structures of human communities. This interconnectedness makes it essential to approach climate change not only through an ecological lens, but also by recognizing the impact on the fundamental rights of individuals. This article provides a detailed analysis of the interaction between climate change and human rights.
