Summary/Abstract: Fenyvesi Ottó’s postmodern lyrical sociography examines the past, spatial structure, and collective memory of Mohol–Gunaras (Gunaroš) in Vojvodina. Through family histories, local historical data, and scenes of everyday life, the verse cycle outlines the twentieth-century experience of rural life in the Bačka region, with particular attention to the disintegration of traditional peasant culture and the imprints of historical traumas. The poetics of the work integrate elements of folklore, sociographic sensitivity, and the expressive tools of postmodern lyric poetry, thereby functioning simultaneously as a document of memory and as an autonomous literary work. The author’s strong ties to Vojvodina and multifaceted creative activity contribute significantly to the interconnection of personal and collective memory, as well as to the literary reinterpretation of peripheral spaces.
