Summary/Abstract: The study analyzes how generative artificial intelligence transforms social engineering into a systematic form of cognitive attack targeting human decision-making and institutional trust. The combination of LLM, OSINT, and deepfake technologies creates a new surface for impact that goes beyond technical cybersecurity and enters the realm of national resilience. Through theoretical analysis and real-world case studies, the study shows that security in the age of synthetic identity requires a rethinking of procedures for authenticity, communication, and authority.
