Summary/Abstract: The article analyses the extent to which a person protected by the measures stipulated in a temporary protection order issued by the police, or in a protection order issued by the court, may be criminally liable as an instigator or accomplice to the offense of violating the measures ordered by the protection order, in a situation where they incite the aggressor or facilitate the aggressor's violation of the obligations arising from the protection order. The first part presents the general legal framework of the institution of the protection order (I), and the second part analyzes the possibility of criminal participation to exist in this regard (II).
