Summary/Abstract: A previous article covered the existing tendency to derive general, supra-stylistic category of architectural form based on characteristics of an architectural style. This text goes further and explores similar possibility to define and explore baroque and vernacular architecture as categories of architectural form. Explores basic relevant characteristics - utilitarian function, tectonics, and decorative detail. Defines also the category of classicism.
