The teacher's management role in pedagogical activity with the school class

Summary/Abstract: This article presents the managerial role of the teacher in his pedagogical activity in a school environment. Success in the educational process depends largely on the teacher, on his personality, activity, communication style and leadership of the school class. Here are presented the different types of teacher management styles that he can successfully apply in his work in the educational institution. There are expectations and requirements for each teacher, aimed at higher efficiency in managing the school class.
