Summary/Abstract: This article attempts a philosophical reflection on the phenomenon of national security through the lens of the synergetic paradigm. The authors propose viewing national security as a complex, open, and self-organizing system formed under the constant interaction of internal and external factors. The paper analyzes key categories of synergetics – bifurcation, attractor, stochasticity, entropy, and emergence – in the context of Ukrainian historical experience and contemporary challenges. Special attention is given to the role of the spiritual sphere as a system-forming factor capable of generating new value orientations during periods of social instability. It is argued that the synergetic approach allows for a deeper understanding of the dynamics of threats and outlines the potential for forming a new culture of national security based on freedom, dignity, and solidarity.
