Summary/Abstract: The birth of the Third Bulgarian State brought significant changes to the overall life. One of them is the building of a modern nation-state. An important condition in this direction is the training of personnel with modern education. The subject of the present narrative is to reveal the family environment, the stay in Germany, as well as the professional and life bi¬ography of the young people from Razgrad who studied in German educational institutions in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. These are Georgi Yosifov Srebrov, Razgrad; Heine Yosifov Srebrov, Razgrad; Olga Yosifov Srebrova, Razgrad; Petar Draganov, Razgrad; Slava Daskalova, Hersovo village; Krstan Gechev, Razgrad; Doncho Kolev, Razgrad; Pe¬tar Bonchev, Razgrad; Yordan Ivanov Kruchmarov, Razgrad; Atanas Stefanov Daskalov, Razgrad; Yordan Stoyanov Djebarov, Osenets village; Marin M. Kozarov, Razgrad; Yordan Belchev Rusev, Razgrad; Boris Nikolov Georgiev, Razgrad; Dimitar Hristov, Razgrad; Dim¬itar Hristov Iliichev, Osenets village; Ilia S. Sapundjiev, Blagoevo village; Todor Dechev Stoyanov, Razgrad; Petar Nikolchev Radanov, Razgrad; Nikolay Dobrev, Razgrad; Hristo Stoyanov Kilifarski, Hersovo village; Dimitar Radev Stoykov, Razgrad; Ilia Hristov Ra¬ichev, Yuper village and Georgi Yanev, Razgrad. A number of studies were used to write the narrative, such as Ivan Tanchev‘s table historiographical texts for Bulgarian youth, European graduates. In addition, additional historiographical and source material has been attracted, which is released for the first time in scientific circulation. The prosopographic analysis shows that young people from Razgrad show an open interest in receiving a European education in Germany, a leading country in the field of in¬dustry and technology. None of them chose to follow military, legal or theological sciences. Two girls are studying in Germany – O. Srebrova and J. Daskalova. The young people from Razgrad, who have returned to Bulgaria, realize themselves and make efforts for the modernization of the Bulgarian state in all its dimensions. Thanks to their contacts in Germany at the beginning of the 20th century, a strong core of European graduates was formed in Razgrad. Thus, Veliko Chpplakov, a Swiss graduate, and Anastas V. Izvorov, a Russian grad¬uate, join the board of trustees of the community center „Development“. Koyu Georgiev, a Russian graduate, Filip Ginev from Lyaskovec, a graduate of the Higher Technical School in Prague, Dragan Danailov from Kotel, a graduate of the Art Academy in Turin, Italy, Leipzig graduate Veliko Yordanov, etc. work in the Razgrad District Boys‘ High School. This European core helps Razgrad, which until 1901 was a district town, ranking third in terms of population density per square kilometer. to gradually change its appearance and take its rightful place among the economic and cultural centers of Bulgaria at the beginning of the 20th century.
