Summary/Abstract: Purpose: Development of methodological approaches and practical recommendations for effective management of the development of network structures of industrial companies in the conditions of implementation of digital solutions. Design/Method/Approach: The method of institutional support, the method of level comparisons, the method of system development, the method of analysis and synthesis, the descriptive method, the method of complex analysis, and the graphic method were used. Findings: The theoretical and methodological foundations for substantiating the prospects of integration interaction of industrial companies, considering the features of the digital economy as new institutional conditions, have been studied. A methodical approach to the formation and development of the network structure of the industrial complex has been developed in terms of highlighting its worldview and cognitive aspects, which allows to determine the approach to the formation and development of the network structure of the industrial complex considering the features of the digital economy. Formed ideas about the network structure of the industrial complex as a set of elements united by system-forming connections, arranged according to the target purpose, using digitalization tools to organize knowledge and information exchange, characterized by collaborative self-governance, which involves functioning in the mode of self-adjustment of the network itself. The stratagems, presented as a symbiosis of strategic methods and tactical approaches to solving problems arising among the participants of the interaction, are substantiated, aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of network structures of industrial companies, which differ in their orientation towards bringing the implemented processes and projects into compliance with the requirements of the digital economy, which allow identifying directions of consolidation and virtual coordination of participants in the network structure. Theoretical Implications: The theoretical significance of the study lies in the expansion and deepening of scientific ideas about the management of network structures of industrial companies in the conditions of digital transformation. The research contributes to the formation of new theoretical concepts that reveal the peculiarities of the formation and development of network structures of industrial companies in the conditions of the digital economy. Practical Implications: The practical significance of the study is that its results can be used by industrial companies, government agencies, and research institutions to improve the effectiveness of network structure management in the context of digital transformation. The study provides practical recommendations for the development and implementation of management strategies that allow industrial companies to effectively adapt to the conditions of the digital economy. Originality/Value: A methodological approach to the formation and development of the network structure of the industrial complex has been developed. A managerial model of self-adjustment and self-organization in the network structure of industrial companies has been formed. A set of stratagems that determine the prospects for the development of the network structure of industrial companies is substantiated. An adaptive system of strategic management of the development of international companies was formed on the basis of a cross-functional approach, characterized by a structural composition (controlling, managed, supporting subsystems), which takes into account the influence of input factors of the internal environment, aimed at obtaining effective strategic decisions in the field of determining priority directions of corporate development. Research Limitations/Future Research: Further research can be developed in the direction of the development and testing of new management models that take into account the specifics of network structures in the context of digital transformation and the study of the impact of digital transformation on employment, the development of new competencies among employees, and the changing role of human capital in network structures.
