Summary/Abstract: The present report presents results of a five-year generational study (2019-2024) in this part of the study on the role of technology, cybersecurity and personal data protection as key factors in human resource management in a multigenerational workforce. The study analyzes how different generations (T, X, Y, Z and Alpha) perceive digital security, what the main risks and challenges are when implementing information technology, and how HR policies can create trust, competence, and inclusion. By combining empirical data and modern scientific sources, recommendations are offered for effective and ethical transformation of the organizational environment with an emphasis on digital maturity and security.
