Summary/Abstract: The advent of the Internet has enabled faster access to information, and global communication and trade have become turned into standards. The main characteristic of artificial intelligence (AI) is its ability to simulate human intelligence and perform complex tasks that require learning, reasoning, adaptation and decision-making. Something similar to the advertisement for the Macedonian beer “Skopsko and everything is possible”. On the other hand, the use of artificial intelligence raises a number of ethical dilemmas, including issues related to bias, transparency, accountability and possible negative impacts on employment and society. In principle, an unquestionable and responsible artificial intelligence is one that is: technically reliable and safe, in accordance with the law and established ethical principles and values. In this report, we outline ethical principles that, in our opinion, can be the main principles in the development and use of artificial intelligence. We realize that the question of ethics is much deeper and arises in many areas. Many lawyers, AI experts, activists, and others point to this topic as extremely important for us to be able to function in the future and respect human rights and rights in general, established so far.
