Summary/Abstract: The Ministry of Defense is part of the structures that have regulatory obligations regarding law and order and security in the country. The obligations are regulated in several documents, and their interaction with other state and municipal authorities is the key factor for their fulfillment. The areas of responsibility overlap most between the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This necessitates a complete regulatory framework for the responsibilities and activities of each ministry, as well as prior organization of the interaction between the two ministries. In this way, ambiguity and hesitation in the actions of employees in any possible situation and context should not be allowed
