Summary/Abstract: 2011 indignants’ movement in Spain opened the way to a more participatory democracy. Traditional political parties didn’t understand the need to innovate and adapt their marketing strategies to the new technological environment. By failing to respond to the needs of their customers, the citizens, traditional parties provoked the social and political unrest in Spain beginning with the 15M movement. New political parties, more adapted to the new technological environment, emerged from this social unrest, menacing to occupy the political scene after they have occupied the public sphere.
