Summary/Abstract: This analysis aims to identify the influence of climate change on real estate projects that need to offer increasingly modern living conditions, in generous, well-equipped and energy-efficient spaces in full symbiosis with the environment.The dwellings within the current residential complexes have the following surfaces: about 40-45 sqm for studios, about 60-65 sqm for 2-room apartments; about 90-100 sqm for the 3-room apartments, and the facilities and finishes fall into the premium category, intelligent partitions, elegant design, photovoltaic panels, being built to withstand earthquakes of up to 8.5 – 9 degrees on the Richter scale.The apartments have class A energy performance certificates, fireproof protection, exterior insulation made of stone wool and polystyrene materials, superior thermal insulation, etc.Currently, developers are building real estate projects with low impact on the environment, using technologies according to the Green Homes standard and offer a high level of comfort for tenants, contributing to a minimum consumption of electricity, water and gas.It also aims to reduce the volume of waste resulting from its ecological recycling, which contributes to the fight against climate change, respecting the cleaning and regeneration measures of the land on which the housing complexes are built.Housing construction projects are carried out at high standards of quality and economic efficiency in compliance with Building Information Modeling.
