Summary/Abstract: Housing constructions produce a major impact on the environment, as they consume large amounts of resources from quarries, water, sand, wood from forests, etc., which cause natural imbalances. At the same time, it is necessary to quantify the climate risks on the built houses as well as the financial implications on the construction companies, by increasing the costs of restoring the affected environment, but also of the new trends of integration into the environment. An effect that can affect the profitability of housing construction activities is generated by the international regulations of the European Union, which established that any new building must be built "green", which leads to the reduction of water consumption, energy and carbon emissions, situation in which general costs can increase between 10%-20%.
