Summary/Abstract: As part of the renewed tradition of weekend conferences – or rather meetings full of contributions, seminars and sharing – called PáSoNetka, organized by the Section of Young Doctors (and Doctors) of the Czech Medical Chamber (ČLK), a seminar was prepared for professionals starting their careers in medicine. The topic was to be focused on “soft skills”.
