Summary/Abstract: This study aims to present the problems that Ulrich Beck writes about in his book “The Risk Society”. Problems that, in their scale and relevance, are still encountered today in our society, time and space. The work of this studio is to establish the connections between the past, the present and the future from the point of view of the changes that occur in human life, both from the point of view of society and from the political and moral points of view. It is important to note that the present work is an attempt to show the dependence of man on nature, the importance of morality in political and state systems, the existence of virtues in society, and the idea that the crises and risks that man was placed before, is being put in place now and will be put in place for the future cannot be predicted because of the intensity of the changes that are part of the times we live in, as they are a consequence of past times and are the foundation for building the future. The present study aims to show that personal and individual responsibility is essential for human development, raising questions related to modernization and technological progress, and the importance of making a choice about what they serve - the good or the bad.Morality, virtue and the clear concretization of issues on the one hand, collide with the idea of mass control, gray sectors in the economy and the lack of good communication between institutions. In fact, the silence, action, or inaction of the people on whom the most essential changes depend raises the question: how much is it worth, is it worth anything at all and can it be bought?
