Summary/Abstract: The scoping review identifies foreign tools used to assess conflict divorce in order to map the available tools and their methodological approaches. A literature search was conducted in the SCOPUS and WOS databases for the period 2017 to 2024. Studies that address the creation, validation, or testing of tools to assess conflicting divorces were included. A total of 8 studies describing 5 different instruments were identified. These instruments differ in methodology, cultural context, and number of items. The results may be useful for professionals involved in conflict divorce in selecting and applying appropriate instruments.
