Summary/Abstract: The article considers the main innovative aspects of the development of technological education in the context of communicative competence, which is quite relevant in the modern conditions of informational transformations of society and education. Pedagogical innovation is interpreted as a scientific definition, that is, an innovation in the field of pedagogy, a purposeful progressive change that adds sustainable elements (innovations) to the educational environment that improve the characteristics of some of its components and the entire educational system. The peculiarities of the influence of high intellectual technologies on pedagogical technologies and the possibility of their development on the basis of the development of creative and logical thinking skills and the improvement of interpersonal communication skills are determined. An innovative aspect of the use of the theory of social communication in the field of technological education is given, which is relevant in the conditions of modernization of education in our country. Emphasis is placed on the fact that modernization processes and reforms in education represent a system of relevant innovations aimed at the complete transformation and improvement of the functioning, development and self-development of educational institutions and their management system. The main directions of research on determining the structure and determinants of social communication in accordance with the specifics of pedagogical activity are analyzed. It is noted that pedagogical innovations can be implemented not only at the expense of own educational resources (intensive path of development), but also through the introduction of investments, i.e. capital investments, new equipment, innovative means and technologies, etc. (extensive path of development). The main directions and objects of pedagogical innovation transformations are determined. The technologies of innovative processes and the conditions for their implementation are considered. It is proven that modern socio-economic conditions require the development of specialized communication technologies, which are designed to ensure the transmission of the entire set of social information based on modern means of its delivery, processing and representation, which is connected with the development of science-intensive technologies and informatization of the social space.
