Summary/Abstract: The questions “what is a human being?” and “what can a human be- come” are fundamental to pedagogical theory and practice. Scientific reflection on pedagogical anthropology is worthwhile and even necessary in view of the changing reality. The currently developing technological revolution and the emergence of the cyber world are becoming major challenges for upbringing and education (“offline” school and upbringing in an “online” world). The article is an attempt to outline the anthropological tendencies (emancipation, transhumanism and posthumanism, and unlimited anthropology) that may underlie the new vision of the world and the con- sequences to which the implementation of these tendencies may lead (identity play, multiplied, fragmented identity).
