Summary/Abstract: This paper examines digital web technologies for enhancing the effectiveness of electronic learning. Nowadays, the deployment of functionality of such web solutions is fundamental to any modern education and training. The ways to achieve efficiency and quality in e-learning are diverse. Here, some basic approaches and methods of learning and training are compared by incorporating various technological solutions and environments in the web that are multifunctional and widely used in a broad range of educational fields. The combination of some technological solutions with corresponding approaches and methods is traced to enable efficiency in the overall learning process, and, consequently, in education. Simultaneously, the role and advantages of digitalization in the web are clarified, as well as its formative and foundational role in seeking new skills and expanding knowledge. The main objectives of using modern technologies, which include not only technical means aiding the teaching and learning process but also pedagogical methods, approaches, and forms of education, are to enhance the effectiveness and quality of the teaching process. The contemporary possibilities of e-learning, such as ICT-mediated learning, are practically limitless and deepen the processes of implementation and integration into various activities of current and modern technological solutions. From the perspective of current online education, it would maintain its primary role through the integration of various tools, adding access to such tools (e.g., AI), or platform expandability.
