Summary/Abstract: In this paper are included new created circumstances, after the SCS Kingdom (Serbian-Croatian-Slovenian Kingdom) on December the 1st 1918, when under the umbrella of SCS Kingdom were incor-porated lots of nations, but only Serbians, Croatians, and Slovenians gained the rights, while Albanians, Macedonians, Bosnians, and Mon-tenegrins remained without elementary rights, and this antidemocratic regime forced Albanians to protest in the highest instances, by addressing to League of Nations and the President Wilson of the U.S.
