Summary/Abstract: In this work there are included circumstances developed in Balkans and especially in Albanian territories after withdrawal of the Ottoman Empire. Albanian territories were invaded by Balkan Alliance. As a result of the new administrative establishment over Albanian population was demonstrated unseen violence and terror. Thus, Serb – Montenegrin and Greek regimes, through the violence have tried to convert Albanian population. These were the main reasons that forced Albanian population, left outside of the boundaries of the 1913, to migrate toward mother state.
