Summary/Abstract: In educational and professional contexts, understanding and managing anxiety becomes essential for artistic development, preventing blockages, and supporting a healthy vocal career. Musical performance anxiety is defined as a complex emotional response, characterized by fear, tension, worry, heightened physiological reactions, and negative self-evaluation, triggered by the anticipation or conduct of a public performance. Performance anxiety is a common and natural phenomenon in young vocal performers, but it becomes problematic when it affects the quality of performance and psychological wellbeing. Effective management requires a multidisciplinary approach: psychological, physical, vocal and pedagogical.
