Summary/Abstract: The activity of musicians involves a complex physical and mental effort, with a direct impact on professional health. The article examines specific conditions (musculoskeletal, auditory, mental, cardiovascular) from an interdisciplinary perspective, located at the confluence of art, medicine and law. The procedure for declaring professional diseases (Law no. 319/2006, Government Decree no. 355/2007) and the difficulties of its application in the artistic context, marked by the lack of specialized medical expertise and an adequate regulatory framework, are analyzed. Legislative and educational directions are proposed to protect the health of musicians and consolidate their professional status.
