Summary/Abstract: The article presents a universal decision-making model for organizational project man-agement based on multi-criteria evaluation of alternative design options. The model refers tothe overall functioning of an enterprise or institution and its diverse activity areas. A three-part sequence forms the structure of the decision model in organizational project manage-ment: the development of design options, the selection of decision criteria, and the choice ofa rational design option. The paper also characterizes the performance context of organiza-tional project management and presents a typology of organizational projects. It introducesformulas for developing design options and discusses the principles for selecting and rank-ing decision criteria. Finally, the paper presents the rules for aggregate evaluation and cate-gorization of design options.
