Summary/Abstract: The main objective of the article is to identify the potential applications of the AdaBoost algorithm in logistics processes and to assess the benefits, barriers, and challenges associated with its implementation. The study focuses on evaluating the feasibility of using this solution to optimize logistics processes and its potential inte-gration with ERP and WMS systems. The research methodology includes a literature review, statistical data analysis, and comparative analysis. The results indicate a sig-nificant improvement in demand forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and a reduction in storage costs and CO2 emissions. At the same time, key implementation barriers have been identified, such as a lack of IT system interoperability and high implementation costs, which particularly affect small- and medium-sized enterprises. The conclusions highlight the need for a strategic approach to implementation and intensified collaboration between the academic and industrial sectors to overcome these barriers. The article also emphasizes the necessity of further research, particularly on the differences in algorithm implementation across various regions and economic sectors, to gain a deeper understanding of its potential and limitations.
