Summary/Abstract: Facility management in Bulgaria is undergoing significant changes that reflect global trends in the sector. This research examines the integration of smart technologies, sustainable practices, and outsourcing services, along with emerging trends such as the utilization of big data analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), a focus on employee health and well-being, the adoption of a circular economy, digitization and automation, and risk management and business continuity. The study aims to analyze the impact of these trends on organizational efficiency and competitiveness, as well as to identify challenges and opportunities they provide.
