Crisis Management During Covid-19 And Its Effect On The Facility Management

Summary/Abstract: All of us going through the COVID-19 pandemic has presented us with a number of challenges. Extremely important at that moment was crisis management, as a basis for the private sector to continue to maintain a normal rhythm of work. Inevitably, the situation forces many businesses to cease their activities, others to switch entirely to an online environ-ment, or for people to retrain or radically change their professional orientation. The aim is to show what steps and measures are necessary to be able to regulate the work process as much as possible. The subject of the article is the crisis management during the COVID-19, and the aim is to describe the steps and changes that the professional management of office buildings went through and the flexibility that allowed to minimize losses during the pandemic.
