Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on the relations between the “Fish Primer“ and its sources, from which Petar Beron was influenced by when compiling his work. It explores to what degree he has sampled from already existing books on similar matters, as well as to what degree he has adapted and improved upon the content. The different parts of the book are looked through successively, as well as the different sources Beron has used when compiling his work.
