Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the key theoretical-legal issues relating to the fee for municipal waste management. The paper discusses the issue of fee structure and its shaping and presents the principles of management of financial resources earned from the fees. The article also assesses the fees as a source of financing waste management system.
